A design-build collaboration with Jensen Partners and P2S Engineering to renovate the existing radiology department. This renovation added a new pulmonary lab/procedure room, a new recovery area, workstations, and a charting station. Due to the team's ability to utilize existing infrastructure for the mechanical system, we were able to offer value-added alternatives, allowing us to include charting stations and workstations within the base contract price.
