This project consisted of a new dishwasher installation under the existing 3 compartment sink in the work/wash room. Along with the installation of a new supplemental split system air conditioning. The interior units were suspended above the existing area. The exterior units were placed on a new exterior concrete pad with a chain link enclosure. Landscaping was removed and replanted in the area of the exterior installation. The existing Gyp board ceilings were removed over the seating area and at the restroom vestibule. New act. ceilings in vestibule was lowered and a new door was installed at the restroom vestibule. A new soffit was also constructed in the back room for the new duct work.
