We expertly converted a portion of an existing pharmacy into a Starbucks coffee shop with an outdoor dining area. The construction consisted of new interior non-bearing partitions, new wall paint and floor finishes, new data/telephone outlets, new cabinetry, and a new accessible compliant restroom.
