Converted the 2nd-floor laboratory in the Norman Topping Tower into a USP 800-compliant pharmacy. This pharmacy supports the licensed ambulatory clinic infusion pharmacy on the 1st floor and the inpatient pharmacy on the 3rd floor of the adjacent Ezralow Tower. The space provides pharmaceutical and compounding services for non-hazardous and hazardous drugs, storage for refrigerated and non-refrigerated medications, and support spaces, including work and shipping/receiving areas. Tenant improvements were also made in the adjacent pharmacy administration offices and the investigational drug service (IDS) research pharmacy. The scope included replacing the existing AHU-3 unit on the 8th-floor roof, relocating it to an existing mechanical pad next to the current unit, and rerouting the ductwork.
