A 5-acre, ground-up fuel stop near the California/Nevada border on the Interstate 15 corridor in Nipton. The project includes a convenience store, eight auto pump canopies, five truck pump canopies, and two underground fuel farms. It also features a new septic and leach field, a 1,500 sq ft pump house for well and pump systems, a new access road under county, BLM, and Caltrans jurisdiction, site storm water drainage and retention, over 140,000 sq ft of paving, and utility installations.
