This ground-up development spans five acres and serves as a full-service fuel stop along the I-15 corridor near the California/Nevada border in Nipton, California. The project includes the construction of a new convenience store, eight auto pump canopies, five truck pump canopies, and two underground fuel farms. Supporting infrastructure features include a new septic system with leach field, a 1,500-square-foot pump house for well and pump systems, and a new access road built under the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County, the BLM, and Caltrans. Additional scope includes site grading, stormwater drainage and retention systems, over 140,000 square feet of paving, and complete utility installations.
