This was a six-phase project focused on modernizing and optimizing existing laboratory space within the Northwest and Molecular Medicine facilities. The project included minor interior modifications to laboratory casework and equipment, along with the construction of a new, one-hour fire-rated tunnel corridor that provides a critical connection between the Northwest Building and a future elevator walkway serving the adjacent Medical Office Building.
