The project includes improvements to both the exterior and interior areas of the facility. Exterior work consists of new entry access, trellises on the east and west sides, a new patio, a west‑side canopy, and ADA upgrades including a new ramp from the existing parking lot. The scope also includes replacement of existing windows. Interior work involves renovating the parish hall multi‑use room and constructing three new restrooms, including added floor area for a new men’s toilet room under the existing roof.
