Kathryn brings a creative edge to the world of construction. She graduated from CSU, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts. Shortly after graduation, she started her journey into construction with Brascia Builders as a Project Assistant/Engineer. Her education and experience have allowed her to find innovative solutions and bring a fresh approach to traditional challenges. In 2017 Kathryn left to venture into Sales as an Account Executive to explore her strategic insights and abilities.

Kathryn found herself returning to the Brascia Builders family in 2023 as Director of Project Engineers after missing the complexities of the field. Now she leads her team through the dynamic environments of construction with precision, knowledge, and innovation.
