Explore Mike Brascia's History in Construction

Mike Brascia began his career as a Carpenter Apprentice at Kaiser Permanente. This first step laid the groundwork for a lifelong journey in the construction industry.

After two and a half years, he was promoted to Journeyman Carpenter, taking on a range of remodel projects. And three years later, he was promoted to General Superintendent/ Construction Manager, where he began managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing day-to-day project operations.

After the 1994 Northridge earthquake, he participated in the rebuilding efforts, working to restore damaged structures following one of Southern California’s most destructive natural disasters.

In 1996, he moved to Las Vegas and joined Bentar Development, Inc. as a Project Manager.

During his time in Las Vegas, he worked on a variety of projects along the Strip, including casinos, restaurants, entertainment venues, and commercial spaces.

In 1998, he oversaw the construction of the notable All-American Sports Park, a 65-acre fast-track project involving over 125 craftspeople and 28 subcontractors.

After the 1998 fire at the Monte Carlo Casino, he led the restoration project, overseeing urgent repairs and working closely with city officials and developers to get the property reopened.

In 2009, he returned to California and founded Brascia Builders, Inc., applying decades of industry experience to build a company focused on quality construction and strong client relationships. Starting with no clients, he quickly established a network across multiple market sectors.

Today, the company is headquartered in Long Beach, CA, and operates across northern and southern California. Mike continues to instill his mission of building with peace of mind in his projects and company.
